Welcome to NFTMART.art (hereinafter referred to as the "Marketplace"). Please review our NFT Return and Transaction Cancellation Policy, which establishes rules for NFT returns and transaction cancellations related to real-world assets.

1. Return Policy

    1.1. Return of NFTs backed by physical assets is allowed only in cases where the seller fails to fulfill their obligations as stipulated in the sales agreement.

    1.2. The buyer has the right to request a return of the NFT and a refund if the physical asset associated with the NFT does not match the description or has defects not disclosed by the seller.

    1.3. Requests for NFT returns must be initiated by the buyer within [Specify Timeframe] from the moment of receiving the physical asset.

    1.4. To initiate a return, the buyer must contact our support team. We commit to reviewing return requests within 24 hours.

2. Transaction Cancellation

    2.1. Transaction cancellation is allowed only upon agreement between the seller and the buyer and in accordance with the provisions of the return policy outlined above.

    2.2. Sellers and buyers may mutually agree to cancel a transaction before the physical asset is transferred to the buyer. In this case, the NFT is returned to the seller, and the transaction is nullified.

    2.3. If the physical asset has already been transferred to the buyer, transaction cancellation is only allowed in accordance with the return provisions described above.

3. Dispute Resolution

    3.1. In case of disputes between the seller and the buyer regarding NFT returns or transaction cancellations, we recommend reaching out to our support team for dispute resolution. The support section is located inside your personal account.

    3.2. We strive to objectively review disputes in accordance with the terms agreed upon by the parties.

4. Changes and Updates

    4.1. We reserve the right to update or modify the NFT Return and Transaction Cancellation Policy over time. All changes will be posted on our platform.
