Seller's Guide

Seller's Guide

Welcome to NFTMART.art, your platform for selling NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens).

We've made it easy for you to showcase and sell your NFT creations.

Let's walk through the different ways you can sell your NFTs:

1. Selling Real-World NFTs

   - Make sure your NFT is tied to a real, physical item.

   - Create a listing for your item and craft the NFT smart contract using zhcash.org's simple smart contract builder.

   - You'll find step-by-step instructions for creating contracts and NFT tokens on our website.

   - When a buyer purchases your NFT with USDT, our platform acts as a trustworthy mediator, ensuring a secure transaction.

   - Keep track of your orders, their status, and payments through your seller dashboard.

   - Once the payment lands in your account, send the NFT to the buyer's ZHC address.

   - Coordinate the delivery of the physical item with the buyer, following the terms outlined in the trade agreement.

   - You'll find the buyer's shipping address in the order details.

   - After both parties confirm the receipt of the item, you'll gain access to the funds in full.

   - Make sure to review our return policy. Sellers are responsible for safely delivering physical items.

   - We recommend including estimated shipping costs in the final item price. Don't forget to account for a 10% affiliate fee and a 10% platform fee (of which the platform gives 5% to administrators, operators, support service and 1% cashback to buyers). P.S. All these costs are automatically deducted by the system. You can see all distribution statistics in your personal seller account.

2. Selling Digital NFTs

   - Ensure your NFT is linked to a genuine digital archive or file.

   - When a buyer acquires your NFT with USDT, the digital item becomes instantly available for download in the "Downloads" section.

   - Dispatch the NFT to the buyer's ZHC address, as specified in the order.

   - Similar to real-world NFTs, coordinate the delivery of a physical item with the buyer, following the trade agreement, if required.

   - You can package NFTs from other networks into this format. Prepare your wallet where the digital item is stored (e.g., a collectible NFT from Ethereum or another network) and package the key, mnemonic, private key, or wallet.dat.

3. Selling Real-World NFTs via Auction

   - This method is similar to direct sales, but you can list your item for auction. Set parameters like auction duration, starting bids, and auction rules right from your seller dashboard.

As our platform expands, we're working on introducing our own delivery and logistics service, offering earning opportunities for couriers. Additionally, we're developing a more user-friendly external NFT smart contract builder to make the process even more accessible.

Thank you for joining NFTMART.art, where we're making it easy for you to share your unique creations with the world.
